Privacy policy
Last updated: 16 October 2026
This policy explains how NO—VISION collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use no-vision.com (the "Site"), and the rights you have over that data.
1. Who we are
NO—VISION is a trading name of Cirque Group Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 10116988, with its registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ ("NO—VISION", "we", "us", "our"). Our VAT number is GB256805780.
Cirque Group Limited is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. This means we decide how and why your data is used.
If you have any questions about this policy or your data, contact us at privacy@no-vision.com.
2. The information we collect
Information you give us. At present, the only personal data we collect is through our mailing list sign-up form. When you use it, we collect:
- your title
- your first and last name
- your email address
- your country
We also keep a record of your consent: the date and time you signed up and the wording you agreed to.
If we introduce other ways of collecting personal data, such as an online shop, a contact form or a customer account, we will update this policy before doing so.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our hosting provider processes limited technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your visit. This is needed to deliver the Site and keep it secure.
We do not ask for, and do not want to receive, any sensitive information such as details about your health, beliefs or ethnicity.
3. How we use your information, and our lawful basis
Under UK data protection law, we must have a lawful basis for each way we use your data. Our uses, and the basis for each, are set out below.
To send you news, releases, invitations and updates from NO—VISION. Why: because you asked to hear from us. Lawful basis: consent.
To tailor our communications using your country, for example events near you or content suited to your location. Why: so that what we send is relevant to you. Lawful basis: consent.
To understand, in general terms, where our audience is located. Why: to make informed decisions about the brand, events and future releases. Lawful basis: legitimate interests.
To keep records of consent and to respond to requests about your data. Why: to meet our legal obligations. Lawful basis: legal obligation.
To run and secure the Site. Why: to keep the Site available and protected from misuse. Lawful basis: legitimate interests.
Where we rely on legitimate interests, we have considered whether our interests are outweighed by your rights and believe they are not, as the use is limited, expected and low-risk. You can object at any time, as set out in section 6.
We do not make any decisions about you by automated means that have a legal or similarly significant effect on you.
4. Who we share your information with
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data.
We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run the Site and our mailing list, and only to the extent needed. They act on our instructions and must keep your data secure and confidential. At present this is:
- Netlify, Inc., which hosts the Site and which receives and stores mailing list sign-ups through its forms service.
We may also share your data:
- with professional advisers, such as accountants or lawyers, where necessary;
- where required by law, or to protect our rights, property or safety, or those of others;
- if NO—VISION or its assets are transferred to another business or company, in which case your data would remain protected under the terms of this policy.
If we begin using an email platform to send our mailing list, or any other service that handles your personal data, we will update this policy to name it.
5. International transfers
Some of our service providers store or process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where this happens, we ensure your data is protected by an approved safeguard, such as UK adequacy regulations, including the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, or the International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum approved under UK law.
6. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- delete your data, in certain circumstances;
- restrict how we use your data, in certain circumstances;
- object to our use of your data based on legitimate interests, and to direct marketing at any time;
- data portability, meaning to receive your data in a commonly used format, in certain circumstances;
- withdraw your consent at any time. This will not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
The simplest way to stop hearing from us is to use the unsubscribe link in any email we send. For any other request, contact us at privacy@no-vision.com. There is normally no charge, and we will respond within one month. We may need to confirm your identity first.
7. How long we keep your information
We keep your mailing list details for as long as you remain subscribed.
If you unsubscribe, we will remove you from our mailing list. We will keep your email address on a suppression list only, so that we do not contact you again by mistake.
8. Keeping your information secure
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Access is limited to those who need it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the data we hold.
9. Cookies
The Site currently uses only cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary for it to work. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If this changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
10. Children
The Site is open to everyone, and there is no minimum age to visit it. If you are under 13, please ask a parent or guardian before joining our mailing list. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has signed up without your permission, contact us and we will delete their details.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated. If we make significant changes, we will let subscribers know.
12. Complaints
If you have a concern about how we handle your personal data, please contact us first at privacy@no-vision.com. We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days, look into it, and let you know the outcome.
You also have the right to complain to the UK data protection regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office, which is becoming the Information Commission:
